DAYO Court is a mobile application that helps barangay-level court owners, operators, and league organizers manage their courts, receive booking requests from players using the companion DAYO app, and communicate with them.
DAYO Court is not a payment processor. We do not handle, collect, or hold money on your behalf. Any payment between a player and a court owner is a direct transaction between the two parties using third-party services (GCash, Maya, cash, etc.).
You must be at least 18 years old, the legitimate owner or authorized operator of the court(s) you list, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in the Philippines.
Booking requests are made by players through the DAYO app and routed to you. A booking is only confirmed when you explicitly accept it. Once confirmed, you agree to make the court available for the booked time and to honor the agreed price.
Players send payment directly to you using the payment numbers (GCash, Maya) you've added to your profile, or by other means you agree on with the player. DAYO Court is not party to any payment transaction and is not responsible for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or non-payment between you and a player.
You retain ownership of the photos, court descriptions, league information, and messages you upload. By uploading content, you grant DAYO Court a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the App (including showing your courts and leagues to players in DAYO).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photo or content you upload. We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
DAYO Court includes a chat feature that lets players message you about bookings. You agree to use it respectfully and to keep communication relevant to the booking. We may review chat content if reported by a user for abuse, harassment, or fraud.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if your account is being used to harm players or the integrity of the service. You may delete your account at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.
DAYO Court is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in your area. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAYO Court and the DAYO team are not liable for:
Our total cumulative liability to you is limited to PHP 500 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (whichever is greater). Since the App is currently free, the realistic cap is PHP 500.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the DAYO team from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your dealings with players.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of DAYO Court will be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
