Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your DAYO Court account and all the personal information we hold about you at any time. There are two ways to request it: directly inside the app, or by sending us an email.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

Open Settings

Launch DAYO Court and tap the Settings tab.

Log out

Scroll to the bottom and tap Log out.

Request deletion

From the login screen, email dayo.ph.it.services@gmail.com from the same address you registered with. We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 14 days.

Option 2 — Email us

If you cannot open the app, email us from the address you registered with. We will verify the request, delete everything, and confirm.

What we may retain

A small subset of information may be retained for a limited period after deletion, only when we are required to keep it:

None of the retained information is used to contact you or to make decisions about you after deletion.

About messages with players

When we delete your account, your messages to players are removed from your side. However, players may still see their own messages in their inbox until they delete those threads as well. This is consistent with how most messaging apps work — we cannot delete another user's local copy of a conversation.

If you sign in with Google

Deleting your DAYO Court account does not delete your Google account. It only revokes the connection between DAYO Court and Google. You can also revoke the DAYO Court app's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
